Liaocheng Kete Xiangrui New Energy Co., Ltd., established in 2009, is a wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary of Liaocheng Huarui Electric. Based in Liaocheng-known as the 'Water City of North Jiangbei'-the company has a registered capital of 100 million yuan and operates its own production base covering an area of 260, 000 square metres. Recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise, it achieves an annual comprehensive output value of 1.2 billion yuan and is the leading full-industry-chain manufacturing base for power equipment in the western Shandong region.
The company specialises in a full range of power transmission and distribution equipment. Its core product lines include oil-immersed and dry-type special-purpose transformers, prefabricated substations, high- and low-voltage switchgear assemblies, transmission line pylons for voltages of 500 kV and below, power line fittings and accessories, as well as specialised power equipment for renewable energy sources such as wind power, photovoltaics and energy storage. It also holds Grade 4 qualifications for the installation, maintenance and testing of power engineering projects, enabling it to independently undertake grid construction, substation development and turnkey projects for renewable energy step-up substations across all voltage levels up to and including 110 kV, thereby delivering a one-stop service combining 'in-house equipment manufacturing and project implementation'.
Research, Development and Quality Management Systems
The company has established a comprehensive closed-loop R&D and quality inspection system: The laboratory's dedicated R&D team comprises 33 members, including 4 senior engineers, 14 engineers and 5 externally appointed industry professors; We strictly adhere to the 'Three No's' principle for quality - we do not accept, manufacture or release non-conforming products - ensuring standardised control throughout the entire process. The company has successively obtained certification for the three major management systems: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety. Eighteen models of low-voltage electrical equipment have obtained the national 3C compulsory certification, whilst 37 sets of high- and low-voltage switchgear and 16 models of oil-immersed and dry-type transformers have secured national-level type test reports; Five models of amorphous alloy and oil-immersed transformers have been awarded CQC energy-saving certification; The company has accumulated over 100 patents, with 10 scientific and technological achievements appraised at the provincial level as reaching a leading domestic standard, and two products having won the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Liaocheng City.
